One simple example is we were given a printed list of restaurants that the staff really like - and these were not the typical hotel list where they earn commission. Carmen was the perfect hostess, always ready to offer help and advice regarding sights, restaurants and entertainment - her recommendations were spot on! Liked the location out of central Seville and personal touches: quotes and origami left on the pillow each night. Tasty breakfasts and the wonderful citrus trees framing the property.
