  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing as ... hva folk sier » it is in the main street and within walking distance of the Cathedral and other city attractions. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  Located in the heart of downtown, Villa Oniria is a beautiful small hotel, artfully appointed with noticable attention to detail. The contemporary design, imbued with old-world style creates an inviting, warm and comfortable environment. Our room on the top floor was lovely, intimate, comfortable and quiet as it faced the garden, away from the st... hva folk sier » reet side. The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again.
