Meget blid og hyggelig betjening - We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. The large playground outside the hotel was a nice feature. The access to the buses into the old town and near the Alhambra was fantastic. -

parked for me and was outside waiting when we were checking out.In a
lovely area with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a 20 minute
walk to the Alhambra following the hotels directions,NOT Googles. As
the Alhambra overlooks the city, if you do not like walking then public
transport etc is advisable as it is quite hilly for the last half of

We were given a Junior Suite which was spacious with huge bed, sofa and extra bed. The plasma TV was also huge. Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, well cared for ancient building and gardens, great restaurant, buffet breakfast one of the best I've had.
We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts.
We'll go back again at this time of year.
The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.
