  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  Le personnel est très gentil, la chambre était spacieuse, ensoleillé, décorée avec goût, l'hôtel est tranquille, bien insonorisé, le lit très confortable, le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent, le quartier est très agréable (près des restaurants, des magasins, d'un cybercafé) - le cadre et la déco magnifique( du design et un gout exquis) extrèmeme... ce que les gens disent » nt sympathique (voiturier dés l'arrivée) salle de bain géniale(peignoir pour la piscine,WC séparé) piscine chaude et trés jolie ambiance top et reposante
