The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet.

Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel. A very modern 2 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen and lounge beautifully furnished and appointed. Only opened 2 months ago. Close to Granada City centre - about 10 min walk. - Central location. Newly furnished.

The hotel is amazing and the staff are excellent. We arrived during
Siesta but the staff had still made it easy for us to get into our room
and go and use the pool and allowed us to check in later. It may look a
bit far out on the map, but its just up a small hill that we never

I say - amazing! Hotel in general is picture worthy and the rooms are
great. They even leave the room with tea and coffee, milk and drinks etc
which -
Have great view of Alhambra. Needs a little uphill walk, but walking is historical district is very nice. Rooms have small snacks, kitchen facilities, which was a plus. Although due to arriving time we didn't meet any staff on arrival date, we got keys, maps, useful local information and recommendations without any difficulties.

Most. He immediately came down to meet us, carried our huge suitcase up
the hill and was the perfect host for a most enjoyable stay with

We enjoyed our stay very much. A beautiful vista of the Alhambra from the roof-top terrace (don't expect to have a good view from your window). We could also recommend the restaurant run by the family at 10 minutes walking distance.

the room was rather small but well equipped, very nicely furnished and very pleasant; the breafast buffet was rich , the staff extremely cordial and helpful. we enjoyed the hotel very much. - I liked the simplicity of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the rooms and the general easy ambience of the hotel.
