Millbrook really is a beautiful resort both summer and winter. The staff were great and always willing to run you back to your room or down to one of the dining areas in one of the many golf carts. the rooms are self contained chalets, beautifully appointed, and very sympathetically blended to the landscape and scenery. Beautiful decoration, comfortable beds, perfect for our stay.

Very clean, spacious, well presented and nicely appointed. Nice linen. Nice people to deal with. Problem with WiFi quickly and positively addressed by a change of room with a nice 'no problem' attitude. Free WiFi. Daily room service. These are clearly people who are proud of delivering a good service. -

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The apartments have a great view
of the lake. The apartments are well maintained, furnished and clean.
There is a great 20 minute walk along the lake into Queenstown.
Beautiful views and pictures are along the way. Make sure to take the
gondola ride in Queenstown for great views and pictures of bungy
jumping, Queenstown and the lake. We took the bus to Arrowtown which was
interesting. The bus system is well planned and convenient. All in all a

All staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Staff were aware of who we were and which room we were in, providing a level of commitment to the guests.The hotel is perched on a breathtaking view of the river that no photo can do justice. After spending the day adventuring the Otago wineries, coming back to a reserved cinema room made the whole stay as if we were the only people around. And we weren't. Thank you again to the management and staff for making our stay a memory!

Location was great, we have stayed in Queenstown central previously and noise (traffic, patrons and public) can be an issue. The property at Hilton was well soundproofed.

The staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious, clean,
beautifully appointed. The bathroom was also big and had a large bath
tub. The property is right on the lake so it has gorgeous views and is
very peaceful. The pool and spa were lovely and just what was needed
after walking the Milford Sound track. Is a good 15 minute drive from
Queenstown so it is a good idea to hire a car. The taxi prices were
exorbitant (ie $50 one way), the water taxi was much cheaper but only
ran at certain ti
