  Check in was welcoming and efficient, front desk excellent. Friendly efficient and helpful staff particularly Mr. Keroghlian. Pool and spa area excellent. We had a suite on 14 floor overlooking harbour which was well appointed and quiet from city noise and very comfortable. Location is a1 in a very pretty university area but a short walk to Viaduc... hva folk sier » t and cbd and Parnell. W had stayed here before under the Hyatt management which was not good, so delighted to have new ethos in a very good city hote - We had stayed at the hotel the week before and returned as we found the hotel comfortable, the staff helpful and the location just right for us. The few days we were there were very busy in the hotel which gave it a buzz.

  I would recommend this hotel. I needed a good nights rest after coming from London (34 hours travel). It was quiet, clean, comfy, good shower pressure, spacious room, fridge, lift to the floors, plenty of parking. The staff were friendly.
