The variety of food is really nice, food is of good quality. Dinner restaurants offer different cuisines, waiters are polite and helpful. Several pools, you can always find place near one of them or on the beach. The personnel is helpful and friendly. The room is spacios and clean, sea view. Very nice hotel for a good price. The price on letsbookhotel.com was half of the normal rate. We did not book in advance and had to book with our tablet in the lobby to get the good price (half of the normal rate).
Rooms are spacious, clean, quite. The included breakfast is ok, but noting special.

All was great, will stay there again, but after travelling throughout Mexico, cost of the room was steep. Compared to Cancun hotel zone it was lower priced, so no problems, Service was great and food was good.

My Mom and I were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade upon
arrival. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool, a mini fridge and
small kitchenette which was well-equipped. The hotel is situated off the
main road and towards the end of the Hotel Zone and bordering the

Suites Sina (as the locals call it) is in a really nice neighbourhood
right by the golf course and the lagoon. It feels really safe even at
night and has some local shops and restaurants right around the corner
which feel a bit more like the real Mexico. Which Cancun isn'T.
Suites Sina has everything you need including a pool and super helpful
staff. My daughter and I stayed, went to the Isla Mujeres for a few
nights and then came back to Suites Sina because it was perfect for what
we wanted.

This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. We only stayed here one night, but boy, do I wish it was longer....
Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views.
The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided.
The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

The hotel is very conveniently located right on the beach. It was a few steps walking distance from our room. The place was impeccably maintained. Though a buffet breakfast should have been included.

nice beach. Clean swimming pools. There are a lot of different chaise at
the beacht (but a lot of good places were busy in the early morning with
just towels or bags of people who was not present at this chaise). There

Personnel was very warm and willing to help to the customers of the hotel. Especially the Reception Personnel was very helpful as ever. Room was gettin cleaned regularly and I felt the safety in the staying period. I thank the Hotel Margaritas for every thing.

We loved staying at the Bel Air Collection and Spa Cancun. The staff are so friendly and cant do enough for you. It really is a dream paradise. - Very nice atmosphere. Very luxurious and cheek.

I read all the reviews before going and I was concerned but most
negative reviews were unfounded. The check in process was quick, the
staff were all very friendly and eager to please, the food was good for
an all-inclusive type place (I've been to a few) and the onsite main
