The variety of food is really nice, food is of good quality. Dinner restaurants offer different cuisines, waiters are polite and helpful. Several pools, you can always find place near one of them or on the beach. The personnel is helpful and friendly. The room is spacios and clean, sea view. They offer various activities during the day. -

Very nice hotel for a good price. The price on letsbookhotel.com was half of the normal rate. We did not book in advance and had to book with our tablet in the lobby to get the good price (half of the normal rate).
Rooms are spacious, clean, quite. The included breakfast is ok, but noting special.
Locations is close to a big shoppingmall and bus

All was great, will stay there again, but after travelling throughout Mexico, cost of the room was steep. Compared to Cancun hotel zone it was lower priced, so no problems, Service was great and food was good.

My Mom and I were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade upon
arrival. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool, a mini fridge and
small kitchenette which was well-equipped. The hotel is situated off the
main road and towards the end of the Hotel Zone and bordering the
lagoon, but it was very easy to access the beaches and shopping areas

the area and showed us how easy it was to make our way around on foot or

Suites Sina (as the locals call it) is in a really nice neighbourhood
right by the golf course and the lagoon. It feels really safe even at
night and has some local shops and restaurants right around the corner
which feel a bit more like the real Mexico. Which Cancun isn'T.
Suites Sina has everything you need including a pool and super helpful
staff. My daughter and I stayed, went to the Isla Mujeres for a few
nights and then came back to Suites Sina because it was perfect for what
we wanted.

Personnel was very warm and willing to help to the customers of the hotel. Especially the Reception Personnel was very helpful as ever. Room was gettin cleaned regularly and I felt the safety in the staying period. I thank the Hotel Margaritas for every thing.

The location is 1 mints walking from ADO bus station, the stuff was friendly and helpful.
The room is basic but clean and with A/C and hot water.
