We stayed here only for one night after a trip to Valladolid and Tulum
in order to catch a morning flight out of Cancun. The staff was friendly
and helpful on arrival. Car parking was included as promised. The room
was a bit sterile, but comfortable with nice towels and linens.

I really can't fault this place, it was perfect in everyway. My best friend and I stayed here for four nights and will be back without a doubt. The variety of food is really nice, food is of good quality. Dinner restaurants offer different cuisines, waiters are polite and helpful. Several pools, you can always find place near one of them or on the beach. The personnel is helpful and friendly. The room is spacios and clean, sea view. This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views.
The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided.
The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

We spent the amazing 5 days of our honeymoon to Paradisus and everything were great. We were all inclusive and the food everywhere from the buffet to the restaurants was very good. The rooms are clean and nice; our ocean view room had a spacious, private balcony. The buffet food is very good, and the other restaurants offer a nice variety of food choices and atmosphere. The pool and beach areas are very nice; the swim up bar in the pool area is fun. Safe and frequent city buses run in front of the hotel to popular shopping areas.
