  The location was fantastic! We walked everywhere except to the Colosseum. We stayed int the quad room - the bed was very comfortable, the room nice and quiet, the AC worked very well and so did the wifi.   Great location in Rome. Friendly and service oriented staff - only 4 rooms, so the desk is not staffed after hours... But we called to inform them we would arrive late and they kept someone there to greet us, help with parking and bags and check us in. Very impressive. Our Black and White Suite was winner - no - Our room was simple but nice for Italy and the bathroom was obviously recently redone. You're in Italy - don't expect much for breakfast - when we were there, we got a coupon for a local cafe down the street, which got you a cafe (e.g, an excellent cappuccino) & a croissant (we had the chocolate ones, which were also good). Great value for the location - we were here in summer & the price was right.

  We had a wonderful stay. The limo service offered picked us up at the airport and drove us back at the end of our stay (all Iin time). Furthermore everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance! Staff is very helpful. We arrived early, and could leave the luggage. We did not hear the sounds of the traffic. All sorts of things were prese - Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.   More than excellent location, within walking distance to all major tourist attractions in the historical centre of Rome and in a 5 minute walk to the Vatican.   The location was set between St Peters Square and Castle Sant' Angelo 5min walk to either. The staff were very helpful and friendly they keep the hotel in perfect condition(very clean). It was only 1 month old at the time of our stay so it is new. The room was plenty spacious - Me and my wife, we had a wonderful weekend in Rome in November. This accommodation was an excellent surprise.
