We took a taxi from Termini station direct to the hotel. Easy to find, apart from we were not aware that the reception is on the 4th floor. The hotel has a Baroque inspired interior and as such is decadent and over the top, but beautiful.The hotel is new and still had evidence of building work, but it was August and the builders were on holiday so no big deal. I had all sorts of problems that stressed me out the day I checked in. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped me out blocks away with heavy luggage because he could not find the street and When i finally arrived I realized I had managed to lose the key to my suitcase! Also the light was out in part of my room.the young staff kindly helped me to sort out all of this. Also The breakfast arrived bang on the time I asked for it. My feedback is all about the service. Wonderful hotel! the staff was friendly, gave us great recommendations to restaurants & booked for us the web reservation for the different sites.
It is located between the Spanish steps & Piazza Navona right in the middle of everything, but still we had peace & quiet.
