Great location in Rome. Friendly and service oriented staff - only 4
rooms, so the desk is not staffed after hours... But we called to
inform them we would arrive late and they kept someone there to greet
us, help with parking and bags and check us in. Very impressive. The
room we had was very large and nicely appointed. The bathroom and
shower were clean, large and stylish. The window is on a courtyard
rather than the street, so noise was not an issue. Our Black and White
Suite was winner - no. alle vurderinger »
Our room was simple but nice for Italy and the bathroom was obviously recently redone. Great location, 5 minutes to St. Peter's, 10 minutes from Piazza Navona. You're in Italy - don't expect much for breakfast - when we were there, we got a coupon for a local cafe down the street, which got you a cafe (e.g, an excellent cappuccino) & a croissant (we had the chocolate ones, which were also good). Great value for the location - we were here in summer & the price was right.
The perfect place, good location, modern, confortable, I was travelling alone stayed for one week and felt safe. The hotel staff are very friendly Filomena a fantastic host, will definetly come back to Residenza Adriana. Booked the airport transport for only 12 euros each way door to door.
Good location near Vatican area (5 minutes walk to St Peter's and
the Vatican Museum),clean and quiet. Filomena is very kind and helpful
person! I found this place through Tripadvisor, and the reviews seemed
positive and the price was right. Everything's true :).
Great value for money. The hotel has a beautiful design and everything looks and feels very clean. The hotel personnel is very friendly. The historic center of Rome, Vatican city and the nearest metro stop are all about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Friendly lady running the accommodation who made a significant effort to make our stay enjoyable. Great location for getting around Rome. Clean and tidy with good bathroom facilities.
One of the best locations to all the cultural Highlights in Rom. We are very impressed of all the grienend staff and will come back definitly!!!!.
Huge room and bathroom for a bb, quality materials, clean, quiet, safe
area, usable wifi, close to the Vatican, supermarket reasonably close.
Location was great. Everyone who worked there was very nice, and spoke English very well.
really nice place to stay, new design, comfortable, friendly staff, very good location.
Superb location. Very tidy and clean, nicely furbished.
very clean and nice room, good location.
Clean rooms, good location.
The staff.
Design.
We appreciated the kindness of the staff, the room was pretty and clean, and the very good position.
Central location.
Location, clean.
The location is very good and the staff is really friendly.
Our only complaint (as others have mentioned) is the breakfast.
Absolutely no fresh baked goods, no yogurt, no cereal... All that was
offered were plastic-wrapped processed baked goods. Even if you charged
a few Euros more, please offer fresh bakery items, cereal and yogurt!.
One issue was finding the place - look for #10C, not #10. In fact, find #11, and you're almost there. #10 is a ways down the street.
Bad cellular network signal.
The rooms are a bit noisy (no noise from the street, but you can hear the guests staying in the other rooms quite well). For us this was not a big problem though, as we had quiet neighbors. If you are a light sleeper you might want to bring ear plugs or book another hotel (altough it will be hard to find such good value for money in Rome).
Cupboard door was broken making it hard to use. Room had a slight smell as air freshener was depleted but not replaced. Wifi signal in the room was weak. Room was quite noisy backing onto the reception.
Breakfast is just a croissant and a cafe a few streets away (although
good). Rest of comments are actually neutrals not negatives: Zero view
(if that really matters, a room should be about rest). Location is good
for vatican/sant angelo, but need to walk 2-3 Km to reach the
important stuff across the Tiber (but still much better than staying
around Termini).
no breakfast on site, walls might be to thin as we could have heard neighbour taking a shower.
Limited breakfast, sound proofing between rooms.
you have to book a time to check in. if changed, it will be inconvinient to contact the front dest.
We had communicated our arrival time between 17:30 and 19:00 because we did not know how long it would take us to get to the hotel from the train station but did notify them that our train arrived at 16:30. We arrived to the hotel at 17:30 as anticipated and the hotel was dark and locked and no one showed up until 19:00 so we had to wait with all our luggage outside for 90 minutes! The breakfast was also very unimpressive consisting of small selection of packaged pastries.
The breakfast is a voucher of 2 euro for coffee and a croissant, wich might be ok for italians but for foreigners is not really a full breakfast.
The walls were also very thin that you could hear the neighbors.
The walls are so thin that you can clearly hear the conversations in the next room and are constantly awoken during the night by people coming and going. Bed extremely uncomfortable too.
Breakfast, Wİ-Fİ, Noisy.
The breakfast is awfull! Only packed food and bad quality. The place is
properly insulated from the noise outside. However the noise between the
3 rooms is enormous. You will be able to hear everything. If you pretend
to sleep till 9am. Forget. During breakfast everyone makes noise, which
is actually normal but the rooms are not isulated.
