  Excellent location for sightseeing. Beds and pillow (self selection)excellent as were the bathroom and breakfast. Highly recommended. - Staff were friendly and very helpful and efficient. I drove to the hotel and all I had to do was follow the signs to the Best Western Mediterraneo once I entered the city of Catania.I was able to find it with ease.

  Everything. The hotel is situated rather close to the Central Station, it is easy to find a street. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. - Fairly close to the major attractions.   the location was great and the pick up by taxi as we arrived very late it was good to see a taxi driver with the name of the hotel waiting in arrivals. The staff were excellent. Especially Sergi and Fina. they made our stay very nice.   Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM.   I was looking for the hotel that should be inexpensive yet close to the city center, clean and comfortable. The Valentino hotel was just what we needed. I would also like to say many thanks to the guy that worked in the evenings (unfortunately I do not know his name). He was really helpful. Magnificent effort by the staff. Woke up to find that we were beside a lovely sandy beach on a sun - The restaurant La Botte inside the complex served the most wonderful pizza I have ever eaten. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport
