We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM.   We stayed this hotel because Alitalia overbooked our flight and did not notify us about our flight to be changed to next day. It is in walking distance to the Catania airport and they provide free shuttle service to/from airport. The hotel is brand new, was opened just 4 months ago. We really appreciated this hotel. Bed was very confortable, bathroom is big an - I´ve booked this hotel because my mother was blocked because of a flight stop due to the vulcano eruption. All the staff was very gently and helpfull with my mother: the shuttle driver, the staff at reception and room service. The restaurant was delicious with very good prices and the waiters had a lot of attentions. At the end my mother stayed 2 nichts and the terrible experience with the flight was turned to a wonderfull experience to be repeted thanks to that hotel!
