This hostel sets a high standard that will be hard to beat.
The tv room was large and relaxing, the kitchen was also large and well stocked.
A small room inbetween had Internet access computers with vending machines.
Our family of six was well rested in the larger family room.

The people who run the hostel were fantastic. The first thing they did
when we arrived was give us a map and point out spots to eat and things
to do. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing too exciting, but at
least worth the money we paid, which was reasonable. They also had a
laundry and the cleanest kitchen I've ever seen in a hostel. There
was also a sitting room with tv and couches.

The front of house staff were were efficient and friendly when we checked-in and were throughout our stay. They had local knowledge of the area which helped us with our plans. The restaurant and bar staff were also very friendly and helpful especially Kevin.
The room had most of the facilities we needed and was very large and spacious with three beds in it (we only needed a double!)
The views of our room were of the sea and coastline which was stunning

the owner was very welcoming, he gave us an upgrade to a bigger room free of charge, he gave us the numbers of local taxi firms so we could get home from the wedding reception, and our own front door key so we could come in late! it was a lovely warm room, comfortable bed and en-suite, just what we needed. The breakfast was huge and made to order, cooked by his wife it was lovely, there was a range on offer, cereal, fruit, toast, continental breakfast etc, but we both got full English fries! I

We were in Belfast to visit an exhibition at the Titanic Centre and the
apartments were literally two minutes walk away. The Odyssey arena was a
couple of minutes walk in the other direction. Five minute taxi ride to
the huge Victoria Centre and the tourist attractions around it. Handy
Mace grocery store in the apartment complex. Free parking and wifi were
great. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Wished I was
staying longer.

The hotel was very good and we had a wonderful time, The food was of a very high standard and excellent value for money. The range of the menu was wide and covered every taste. Indeed, compared to the food offered in a popular hotel/inn in Bushmills the Royal court won hands down on all counts. -

We were thrilled with our stay at Ashlea House. Our room was spacious and cheerfully decorated, with a great view of the harbour. Thoughtful additions were made to the typical tea tray, such as cappuccino mix and biscuits. Most impressively, when we told Geraldine, the hostess, that we were in a bit of a hurry to leave due to our travel plans, our breakfast came out more quickly than I even thought possible. The location of the apartments were brilliant, right in the City centre.
Although they were in the centre the apartments were very quiet at
night. Facilities were excellent and would have accommodated us for a
longer period of time. The lady who showed us round the apartment and
buildings was extremely helpful and patient. Key fob was very easy to
use and it was comforting to know that no-one could get in without one.

Your Bonita was amazing. She was polite, pleasant, very helpful. To have such a person working at the front desk, we can say that this hotel on Alred Street is always busy. Can we say, that as we both work with Customer Services in our respective jobs that we feel that Bonita is an asset that should be given an opportunity to broaden her horizons with The Premier Inn Group.
