the interior was gorgeous, have to agree the sofa bed was a bit uncomfy, but there was an extra mattress there which we used and it sorted that problem out.

We loved everything about the bed and breakfast. Family owning the place was lovely, helpful and welcoming, the room was incredibly clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was huge and nice, had we stayed there longer, we would probably gain lots of weight because of huge portions we were getting!

I'm not afraid to say that Carnately Lodge is the best B&B house in Northern Ireland. The rooms are comfy, clean and very well designed. The breakfast was purely natural from local farms and so much tasty. Colette and Burt are the most welcoming people who took care of us since the first minute. Looking forward to see them again!!

What can I say? A beautiful house set in a beautiful position on the side of Lough Neagh. The welcome was very warm and the accommodation and breakfast were immaculate.
Elizabeth was very helpful and had good knowledge of the surrounding area and gave us good information on restaurants and walks etc.

The Derrin was very convenient to both the Ferry and the downtown area. Immaculately clean and a great owner/staff. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the pricing is very good. We were a late booking, but the proprietor was still more than willing to work with us and arrange for an early breakfast the following morning. The front of house staff were were efficient and friendly when we checked-in and were throughout our stay. They had local knowledge of the area which helped us with our plans. The restaurant and bar staff were also very friendly and helpful especially Kevin.
The room had most of the facilities we needed and was very large and spacious with three beds in it (we only needed a double!)
The views of our room were of the sea and coastline which was stunning
The rooms were very clean and well equip

We were thrilled with our stay at Ashlea House. Our room was spacious and cheerfully decorated, with a great view of the harbour. Thoughtful additions were made to the typical tea tray, such as cappuccino mix and biscuits. The beds are so comfortable. Lovely tasty breakfast and very good table service. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Staff are nice and friendly. It was also very relaxing and i had a room with a great view of the sea. Also they have a lift in the building which is a bonus as i didn't need to pull my suitcase up a flight of stairs. Going home . We left early as beds were uncomfortable . owner was unfriendly and when we left had only wore a dressing gown and didnt speak . Place only suitable for two people . Bed and sofa bed need replaced. It shouldnt even have one star . Owner needs to b up early to get fullyclothed. -
