  I enjoyed my stay immensely. 1st time staying in a 5 star hotel and its a true saying that you get what you pay for. So nice to step out of hotel and be on Grafton St!!   What I loved about our stay at the Fitzwilliam Hotel was the warm welcome we received from the staff at reception upon our arrival. All the staff were happy and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel room was gorgeous, it was huge and it was clean with a lovely bathroom. The food was amazing too. This hotel was above five star quality.   This was one of the best trips I've had to Dublin. My flight was delayed, and my husband's flight was ever more delayed, so we arrived late at night, tired, hungry and grumpy. The staff could not have been nicer, whisking our bags upstairs and organising drinks for us in the drawing room at the speed of light.
