  What a Gem. I booked here because it was cheap,but I was pleasantly surprised at what I got. Breakfast was super freshly cooked.The staff where warm and oh so helpful. Location was superb right in the centre with views over river. How they can do it for 60€ pe - Loved the friendliness of the staff they were all excellent, stowed our bags for us before and after check-out too, so we could do more sightseeing. The beds were very comfy and clean linen, good signal on the TV. The breakfast was very plentiful and had lots of choice. Place was like a tardis! Represented good value for our money, near enough to bus links etc, but far enough away to give an undisturbed nights sleep. Liked the key-code entry to bedrooms.

  I love you! I loved pretty much everything about Gogartys. The welcome package, the people I met, the location. The kitchen served as a awesome place to chill with other hostel travellers. There was such a vibe in the city, you guys really know what you are doing. The live music, the fantastic pub. I would come back to Gogartys in a heartbeat.   The apartment was brightly decorated and spacious. we were not leaving til 12.30 and we were allowed to keep the keys to the apartment til it was time for us to leave for the airport. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and if we return to Dublin I will 100% book again. It's only on the 2nd floor and has a lift to it if you can't use te stairs. The owner was friendly and easy to deal with. We will definately use this place again.

My room was huge, containing a large double and two single beds, this was not an 'upgrade', I had paid for a non refundable room in advance. Staff all friendly and very helpful, in particular the girl who checked me in, didn't get her name, but she's off to Ibiza on holiday shortly! Lovely courtyard out back with waitress service (food and drink) and where smoking is permitted. Highly recommended.
