  We found the staff very friendly and helpful , we wanted to go for dinner in city so the clerk at reception recommended and booked us a lovely restaurant which was exactly what we were looking for .   The location of the Imperial Hotel is great for getting out and about in Cork. Nearby are so many bars and fabulous restaurants. The Escape Spa in the hotel is superb - you must give it a try! - The room felt very comfartable and was very stylish.Staff was very helpfull.

  I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The health spa and gym are excellent with great staff so do try them. Indeed I dropped my wallet in the gym and it was at the reception waiting for me. ... hva folk sier » - Loved it. Fabulous views and location, extremely clean and comfortable.The rooms are very well decorated and maintained and the leisure centreis well-run and presented. All of the staff were extremely friendly,courteous and polite. This is our 2nd time here and we probbaly wouldnot stay anywhere else in the future.

  The hotel was fabulous, everything was clean and the staff were veryfriendly and helpful. Taxi's were available within minutes (receptionordered them for us and they arrived right outside the door) and it wasonly a short spin into the city centre. - The reception staff were so courteous and helpful, I could not fault anything about the hotel, well ... hva folk sier » done and thanks to all the staff including the breakfast staff, would love to stay again.

  The staff were incredibly welcoming, and showed us to our room which was spacious and beautifully decorated. Little touches like the Ipod speakers, the old fashioned bath, view over the courtyard and very comfortable and huge beds made this one of our favorite Irish hotels. All in all, a five star experience. The food was - A wonderful luxury, 5 star hotel that was just great overall. The best place we stayed during our 2 weeks in Ireland. Large, comfortable rooms & bed, great food, attentive staff, with Bart at the front door everything just couldn't be better.

  Excellent Meals, although getting tea at breakfast was hard work. Had dinner at hotel one night and next night attended a formal function (with 350 others) at hotel and food and service were really excellent in both cases. - The refurbishment of the hotel has been a complete success. The room upgrades are excellent.
