  They let us check in early and were very friendly. The two-bedroom was plenty of space for a group of 2 couples. The location is right by the shopping area and a short walk to Temple Bar, but far enough away that it was quiet at night. Daily housekeeping brought fresh towels, which was unexpected.   Location was the only reason we decided on this hotel and it was really worth it. We never used any transport except of tour buses - evetything is a short wack far (quays, Temple bar, the Trinity college). It is situated at O'Connell street where one can find everything he wants - tourist information, hop on buses, one day tours, airport coach, sh... hva folk sier » opping, pubs and a lot of fast food. We went to Powerscourt by a tour bus -five minutes from the hotel.Breakfasts are really great.In the room you hav - The location was extremely convenient to major Dublin sites. It was very quiet at night (I stayed previously in the Temple Bar area and the revelry at night made it impossible to sleep). Breakfast was excellent. Staff (at reception desk, dining room, and housekeeping) were friendly and super-helpful. WiFi connection was very strong. Room was comfortable. Area very safe.   Loved the room. (Room 202). When you went in the room door there was a living room area with 2 arm chairs, coffee table, fire place, TV, and an eating table with 2 chairs. Off that room was a small kitchen - the basics tea/coffee and ample storage. Next room was the bedroom. This was quite big with a very big comfy bed. Then off that was the bathr... hva folk sier » oom. Very bright and clean with a very deep bath. Loads of hot water. I liked the fact the room was very warm as it was -1 outside. I didn't avail o - Excellent value. I was worried about all the reports on noise, but it didn't bother me at all. It is fairly clear that it is going to be noisy anyway. Anyone complaining about this has been warned by other reviews and by the hotel's own website. It is ideal for anyone on a budget. Drinks were 2.50 at the bar and a large selection of meals from 6euro. If you prefer to be part of the party this place is great for you.

  Yes it was very positive for me the staff offer me every assistance when I ask them. They offer great service to me through out. my stay. and when I rang to confirm my stay with them and told them that I had made a mistake in my booking. They change it for me with no bother. And as I explained in my book that I had a disability they had my disabili... hva folk sier » ty room ready. It was quite close to the lift.And when I pointed out some improvements that could be made to the disability room they seem willing to - It is a quiet hotel ideally located close to the city centre but far enough from it. Rooms were spotless facilities better than expected and staffed by very friendly staff. Well run well managed. I had to stay an extra night but the staff were superb and it was no more than a stroke of a pen and I was sorted. Well done to the owners excellent hotel
