  What a Gem. I booked here because it was cheap,but I was pleasantly surprised at what I got. Breakfast was super freshly cooked.The staff where warm and oh so helpful. Location was superb right in the centre with views over river. I can't believe how any one can leave a negative report about this Gem of a B&B.I was told by a regular whom I met... hva folk sier » that's stays there often that prices have gone down more than 40% in the past few years but the standards have gone up. How they can do it for 60€ pe - Loved the friendliness of the staff they were all excellent, stowed our bags for us before and after check-out too, so we could do more sightseeing. The beds were very comfy and clean linen, good signal on the TV. The breakfast was very plentiful and had lots of choice. Place was like a tardis! Represented good value for our money, near enough to bus links etc, but far enough away to give an undisturbed nights sleep. Liked the key-code entry to bedrooms.

  Staff/owners are really friendly and you can see they take care about place and continously improve it. It was really nice and warm (it seems obvious but I stayed in few b&bs in Dublin and that is not always the case) Shared bathrooms were nice and clean (i had sink in my room just for myself which wss nice) and bed linen was clean and crisp, ... hva folk sier » which made my stay greater. There was a nice amount of storage in the bedroom (so no tripping over your unpacked suitcase) and there was a small tabl - The staff is very attentive careful and friendly, the room is big enough with a huge window and a sink. The linen is snow-white and the bed is really comfortable. Carrolls shop is just opposite. My double room was like two singe rooms on different floors, so that everyone has each own private space. I would definitely stay there next time!

  The location, price and facilities were excellent. the room was down from 420 to 240, i would definately look for a room again if staying in dublin. - We wanted to cater for ourselves and this hotel gave us the opportunity to do so.

  The Dylan is a fantastic hotel, the lovliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The interior and exterior are fabulous and it was extremely comfortable. The staff were delightful and we will definately go back. I can't wait! - Great staff who took care of our every need. Very luxurious rooms.
