  The friendly staff especially Michelle who worked at the spa. she made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was finished at 10:30 rather than 10:00, which made a nice change and the checkout time was also later than usual giving us a chance to enjoy the leisure facilities again. - Hotel was spotless.   The attention to detail of the staff and the hotel itself was beautifully designed. the hotel romms were beautiful.
