reception area was gorgeous, girls on the front desk were so friendly and helpful. we arrived early and our room was not ready so we went and had a look around the shops, the girl on the front desk rang when our room was ready and our bags were waiting in our room for us.

The staff were unbelievably helpful, I left my phone behind in one of the bars and they absolutely tried their very best to locate it for me, even offered to let me walk around the bar in the morning to see if I could find it. I left my home telephone number behind on the off-chance that someone handed it in, got into the car and drove home to Dublin. Rooms were clean, there was a place to visit with other guests, very friendly owners, great breakfast, very clean, even though on a main street it was definitely quiet, convenient to reach with a car, able to have tea or coffee any time of the day/evening. -

A lovely hotel just a short walk into the town centre. The staff really could not do enough for us, they were probably one of the best hotel staff we have ever experienced. They definitely went beyond what they needed to. The hotel is lovely and clean and modern. The rooms were lovely and big, think we stopped in a deluxe. The breakfast was also very nice. There was a spa but we didn't have time to use it. Highly recommend this hotel - we will definitely be going back!!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The two day parking for €10 was reasonable. The rooms were spacious and the beds were clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from great bars and restaurants. Despite this, the rooms were very quiet at night, there was no disturbance from outside noises. -

I liked the fact that you could get breakfast from room service any time you wanted and did not have to get up early and go to the dining room for it. The staff were excellent, the food was excellent and the location was excellent. The decor in the room was really nice too. A pleasure to stay in would recommend it to anyone. - it was a pass-by hote

Really friendly staff! Pretty good location, it is out of the way of things, but Kilkenny is small so it's easy to walk to the shops, castle etc. You can meet some great people here, the atmosphere is really easy going. -
