  The staff were super efficient and friendly, nothing was too much for them. The hotel itself was super, the room was a standard room but was huge, which was great and a nice change. We had food in the bar the day after our stay and both the service and the food itself were superb. All round, definitely 5 star hotel. - The very friendly service give... hva folk sier » n by all the staff and in particular Ellen Morrison and the most charming receptionist ( from the Phillipines with connections to Cobh) - Beautiful hotel which was extremely comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Certainly 5 star treatment. Spa facilities were fantastic! A must on a visit.
