  The staff were incredibly welcoming, and showed us to our room which was spacious and beautifully decorated.   I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.   Arriving and leaving the staff were very very friendly kind and helpfull. Had dinner at hotel one night and next night attended a formal function (with 350 others) at hotel and food and service were really excellent in both cases. - The refurbishment of the hotel has been a complete success.
