What I liked? Everything! We stayed at the beach villa, everything was
perfect. I could not imagine anything better if you want a private
villa. We had everything inside we needed inside the villa, big tv,
movie media player with internal hdd and lots of mkv movies :), air
conditioning was not noisy, the outside bali shower is genius. The
butler brings you anything you need even if its not standard... I want
to mention that me and my wife are quite picky and we actually looked
for flaws. There

The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff.
The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars.
The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

The staff were amazing! Our flight was at midnight and check out was at midday, the staff arranged to move us to a two bedroom villa free on charge which was currently under renovation. They cleaned the villa provided bed lined and stocked up the fridge which they didn't have to do. The service was amazing -

The hotel has good wireless internet for as many devices you want. The pool area is fantastic and you can eat and drink right at the beach front. You can also have private dinner on little pavilions in the garden area. The rooms are big and spacious with a balcony. You get all the little goodies like tea cooker, toothbrush etc. Location is great for shopping, eating and to go to the beach. Highly recommended!

Arif (Manager) was excellent...he fixed our problems straight away...(it shouldn't have needed escalation to him to sort things out though!)
Rooms are very comfortable (we had a Deluxe)
Grounds are immaculately kept and stunning.
Location is good and security is excellent.

Beach side villa we stayed in was amazing. Private pool, Butler service, breakfast in the room everyday. Villa and pool spotless everyday. The hotel staff could not do enough for us. They were so friendly and attentive. We live in Dubai with so many top hotels but the staff here beats anywhere in Dubai. We have already recommended this hotel to everyone.

We stayed in a well-furnished, spacious, and remote one-bedroom villa, in which the bedroom, living room, pool, poolside, bathroom (also the towels) were clean. Staff were helpful 24/7. Great cafes around. We had the most relaxing time and would definitely be back!

Highly recommanded Le Jardin Villa! I think I will go back there again. The service and facility are great. I spent a nice vacation there. Originally I was afraid of the mosquito problem, however, when I went there, I found it's just a OK problem and staff there did try their best to prepare all the mosquito repellants and checked 1-2 times a day.

With this being our first trip to Bali, we were pleasantly surprised. The villas were very private, huge open spaces and the pool just so very relaxing. We made use of the spa and massage facilities almost daily. Everything is so close and walking distance or at time we availed ourselves of the shuttle bus to our respective destinations........highly recommended.....

The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately.

Loved that it was well presented, has a real luxury feel to the rooms and overall. There was a lovely paved path that ran between the Villas, it was landscaped and neat. Excellent value for money. As a lone traveller I felt very safe and comfortable. Staff were always very helpful. There is some amazing new venues for eating and socializing in the street. This may even become the new "Eat St" of Seminyak. I will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us - we had two 3 year old twin girls and a 17 year old niece which leads to a variety of needs but the staff met all our needs without any fuss.
