What I liked? Everything! We stayed at the beach villa, everything was
perfect. I could not imagine anything better if you want a private
villa. We had everything inside we needed inside the villa, big tv,
movie media player with internal hdd and lots of mkv movies :), air
conditioning was not noisy, the outside bali shower is genius. The
butler brings you anything you need even if its not standard... I want
to mention that me and my wife are quite picky and we actually looked
for flaws. There

The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff.
The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars.
The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

The staff were always friendly, helpful and thoughtful.
We had a late flight to catch but we were able to store our luggage safely as well as use the spa toilet facilities to freshen up before catching our flight. This was very useful considering the hot weather made us quite sweaty and it was nice to feel fresh and clean for our flight.

We loved the fact that Annora was a small place which meant that we got to know the lovely friendly staff who were very helpful when we needed anything. The breakfast which was included in the price was some of the best bacon & eggs we have had. The staff were amazing! Our flight was at midnight and check out was at midday, the staff arranged to move us to a two bedroom villa free on charge which was currently under renovation. They cleaned the villa provided bed lined and stocked up the fridge which they didn't have to do. The service was amazing -

The hotel has good wireless internet for as many devices you want. The pool area is fantastic and you can eat and drink right at the beach front. You can also have private dinner on little pavilions in the garden area. The rooms are big and spacious with a balcony. You get all the little goodies like tea cooker, toothbrush etc. Location is great for shopping, eating and to go to the beach. Highly recommended!
