Service is great here. We saw, I think, all the hotels nearby, and in Benoa. But this one is really best you can get in Bali for those money. Sure it's no hilton, but it's comfortable, clean and has authentic spirit. And the bar serves delicious food. I recommend to book super delux room, 'cause they are more quiet. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable and the outside Balinese-styled bathroom was beautiful. The hotel is set on a busy main road however all the rooms and swimming pool are set back and surprising quiet. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. A fantastic little getaway gem if you are looking for something good value with a touch of traditional Balinese. I stayed in a double-storey suite with traditional Balinese decor, it's beautiful. I love the outdoor living area facing the front, and the marble bathroom is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, info leaflets of the tours and major attractions are all available at the reception, the reception.

We originally booked this hotel for 4 nights and were going to move to a different area, but we liked it so much we decided to book the remaining 6 days of our holiday here. It is super spacious and comfortable. There is a separate living area and kitchen downstairs and bedroom with desk and large closet in the bathroom upstairs.
