Loved that it was well presented, has a real luxury feel to the rooms and overall. There was a lovely paved path that ran between the Villas, it was landscaped and neat. The villas are private and quiet, you could be anywhere. You have your own pool, entertainment area, kitchen outdoor/indoor areas to relax. This was my second stay in the past 3 years to The Amasya. The Royal Villa, whilst its furnishings are a bit tired, is spacious and very comfortable, with beautiful gardens and very tranquil. To have your own villa at a fantastic price, in a great location in the heart of Seminyak, minutes from 'Eat Street' but away from the hustle and bustle, you can't go wrong with a stay at The Amasya. The staff are charming and attentive too.
I will be staying there again!

Very spacious apartment, on the first floor you will find a big bed, which easily fits 2 adults and a child. We originally booked this hotel for 4 nights and were going to move to a different area, but we liked it so much we decided to book the remaining 6 days of our holiday here. It is super spacious and comfortable. There is a separate living area and kitchen downstairs and bedroom with desk and large closet in the bathroom upstairs. Villas were beautiful and spacious and exactly as depicted in the photos, pool was clean and big! The food was really nice, great selection, and the staff were all really lovely. Bit further from the shops than some other Villas but we liked that as it was much quieter than some others and still only a 5 min drive to shops. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

We stayed in a well-furnished, spacious, and remote one-bedroom villa, in which the bedroom, living room, pool, poolside, bathroom (also the towels) were clean. Staff were helpful 24/7. Great cafes around. We had the most relaxing time and would definitely be back!
