It was large and well laid out. the outside living space was fantastic and the private pool was a great size and awesome way to cool off after a day of touring, shopping or lazing at the beach. The general pool was also excellent. The breakfast freshly cooked in you villa was tasty and a great way to start your day. The bedroom was airconditioned which - This was my second stay in the past 3 years to The Amasya. The Royal Villa, whilst its furnishings are a bit tired, is spacious and very comfortable, with beautiful gardens and very tranquil. To have your own villa at a fantastic price, in a great location in the heart of Seminyak, minutes from 'Eat Street' but away from the hustle and bustle, you can't go wrong with a stay at The Amasya. The staff are charming and attentive too. I will be staying there again!

  This hotel just recently opened, this shows clearly on not only the exterior of the hotel, but also the interior of the apartment. Very spacious apartment, on the first floor you will find a big bed, which easily fits 2 adults and a child. The location of the hotel can be hard to find for taxidrivers, because it is quite hidden from the main road.... what people say » Despite this fact, you can easily move around by taxi or rent a scooter, it will take 5-10 to reach the center and beach of Seminyak. Staff was very - We originally booked this hotel for 4 nights and were going to move to a different area, but we liked it so much we decided to book the remaining 6 days of our holiday here. It is super spacious and comfortable. There is a separate living area and kitchen downstairs and bedroom with desk and large closet in the bathroom upstairs. There is plenty of space for a long holiday here. The staff are amazing, greeting us personally daily, always smiling, and delivered breakfast to our room each day of

Bit further from the shops than some other Villas but we liked that as it was much quieter than some others and still only a 5 min drive to shops. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

  Excellent service from very friendly staff. Prompt reply to reservation/ transport requests. Rooms/ pool were very well cleaned and re-stocked daily. All queries answered by well informed staff - i and my husband were stayed at tony villa for 3 nights there is the best service all staff very nice helpful and nothing to comment about service
