The restaurant was excellent for dinner and the view from the terasse was great. Our host was friendly and fun without being intrusive. The rooms have been recently updated. We liked every aspect of normal hotel amenities found at the ante porta. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was perfectly designed for function and comfort, the bathroom answered all needs, the breakfast was sensational and the location superb. The parking was convenient and secure. I would stay at this hotel and any other just like it anywhere in the world if available.

A modern and clean hotel. Rooms are bright and tidy. Good breakfast. Great location, just on the right hand side opposite to the Hbf. Bus terminus outside the Hbf provides bus service to various tourist destinations on the Rhine. The Deutsche Eck and KD cruise pier no. 7 are both about 25 minutes walk away. Good location for easy drive to the German Grand Prix at Nürburgring. Lovely hotel in walking distance to the old town, restaurants and shopping (especially important for family member not interested in F1 racing!) Appreciated the airconditioning as the weather was very warm. Koblenz is a lovely town and the GHotel was a great place to stay.

A free drink at the bar was offered after check-in, which was a nice touch.
The location is close (5 mins walk) to the old city centre, yet easy to unload bags/check-in as there is a reserved bay in front of the hotel. Private covered parking is available a 2 min walk away (4.70 euros per night), the WiFi worked fine on my visit.
