  The staff at this hotel were excellent! I especially liked the two girls(one from the Czech Republic and the other from Slovakia) that workedhere, as they both had great people skills.   Stayed in an upgraded single room and it was very nice with a good size room, big comfortable bed, flatscreen TV and a spotless bathroom, all the details felt like they were thought through.   Apart from being a wonderful hotel, I would like to state that the staff were the most friendly, courteous, polite people I have met in a hotel in a long time.   Very friendly and helpful staff - Excellent central location. Quiet rooms overlooking the inner courtyard; these were requested and supplied. Free internet use was a bonus. Nice bar and restaurant, although our use of these was minimal.

  This was a great hotel. The room was small but very clean and efficient. The bathroom too was small, but everything worked wonderfully and it is so well vented that there is no steam after showering. We liked this hotel a lot.   We stayed here just for one night, the hotel is very nice. We arrived quite late and just in time for the buffet which was really good. Nice staff, good comfy room and easy parking - Excellent view of the Reichsburg Castle across the Mosel river. Nice food and staff
