You don't have to search any longer, this place is perfect! The breakfast was perfect, the room was clean and big, and really nice.You got a Königscard to the room which gives you a lot of discount, eg. Labergbergbahn for free (instead of 14,5€). The guest house is beautiful with painted walls and insides as well, doors and furniture are lovely. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast served is for kings & queens! The rooms are very comfy and have a perk of special mattresses. As guest we were greeted with pack of Haribo bears on our pillows :-) Haha, could not imagine a better welcome in Germany.

Food was excellent with extras like coffee cake for breakfast and cake and tea in the afternoon. We had a large room on the 3rd floor: beautiful wood work; nice details; balcony overlooking the mountains. The best thing of all was the herd of cows being driven to the barn to be milked and then back to pasture, right under our window.
