You don't have to search any longer, this place is perfect! The breakfast was perfect, the room was clean and big, and really nice.You got a Königscard to the room which gives you a lot of discount, eg. Labergbergbahn for free (instead of 14,5€). There is "minibar" on the first floor, where you can find dishes, tee, waterboiler, beer, soft drinks

The guest house is beautiful with painted walls and insides as well, doors and furniture are lovely. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast served is for kings & queens! The rooms are very comfy and have a perk of special mattresses. As guest we were greeted with pack of Haribo bears on our pillows :-) Haha, could not imagine a better welcome in Germany.

Wonderful place with a lot of room. Kids had a room with bunk beds and
we had our own room. Kitchen was a good size and whole place was modern.
The balcony had an amazing view of the town and mountains. There is a
