Best hotel we had on our trip. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious = excellent value for money! Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then. Proximity to Hauptbahhof = exce

Hotel was lovely, the staff were great the room was a good size. It has an old world feel to it. Good location. It is a five minute walk to the main christmas Market, and the subway is right outside of the hotel. - The standard of 5 stars was strictly respected

From the moment I arrived, the staff were happy to assist in any way possible & with information to help me find my way around. The entire hotel is very clean and very comfortable. All rooms have queen size bed. Shower is spacious. Breakfast is great and children ate free. Staff are very friendly. - Excellent value--this hotel chain would be my first choice when traveling with my family.

The staff were very helpful .We were allowed breakfast one day even when we were a little late in the morning. Dinner at the restaurant (we had Indian cuisine - try out the Saag Chicken) was a very pleasant experience. - The location is good. Very close to the subway.

Budget friendly, family ran hostel. Not close to city center, but bus and metro station are very close / easy to go to city center. Free parking (which is rare for Munich). Clean, small room and small private bathroom which was enough for us as we were out all day. Table, refrigerator and TV also in room. Staff helpful regarding directions.
