  This hotel for me was very comfortable. I had booked single room then requested a single superior. The single rooms are on the street side which could get quite noisy not a problem if you want to use the air-con. Can't complain about anything. very close to the train station a bonus don't worry about the surroundings. I am a s - loved this hotel! We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Don't be deceived by the surroundings when you walk down the street to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent with great choice and very fresh. Location walking distance from Hauptbahnhof and therefore easy to get any where in Munich via the U bahn and S bahn.

  The friendly atmosphere and high level of service. Excellent central situation, but quiet. It didn't feel as if there were 110 other rooms! - Superb friendly staff, clean nicely decorated bedroom. Excellent central location.

  We have stayed there now 3 times. The location is excellent, the room is lovely and quite and the decor is lovely and modern and bright - Staff was very friendly and accomidating. Very good buffet breakfast.

  It was my first time at a hostel and I was kind of hesitant at the start, but the staff made me feel comfortable right off the bat. When you get your key, it comes in a piece of paper that says "Enjoy a free welcome shot!" There are brochures at the front with a map and suggestions on guided tours - all of which have a meeting place at the Hbf (ex... hva folk sier » tremely short walk from the hostel). I had a lot of fun meeting new people and experiencing Munich. The rooms are practical and the beds are clean! - Staff was very very friendly and helpful for directions and food hunt. Rooms are clear and quite enough, also depending on who are your room mates. I wasn't very lucky about this, one lady was screaming very loudly in the bathroom early in the morning and two guys wanted to keep the conditioner on at 19°: was very freezing... Alltogether a very good experience in comparison with the few money paid. Also, the breakfast (it needs some € 4.50 extra) is international and very good.

  Sentral beliggenhet. - We appreciated the breakfasts--they allowed us to snack on trail mix for lunch and then only had to buy dinner. The food and wait staff were excellant. German bread definitely puts American bread to shame!! Also the coffee was excellant. The morning staff at the front desk had a good command of English (which we need... hva folk sier » ed)--they were always able to answer questions about transportation. - A very human-friendly service - check-in, information in the room about anything a traveller may need - from internet access to church timetable; maps and booklets for tourists next to the entrance door, possibility to leave luggage in a safe place for some time when your stay is over. I also was allowed to check in rather early according to the rules of the hotel. Breakfast is very tasty

  Location was great, breakfast choices were excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. We also liked paying for hotel on completion of stay and not having to pay in full when reservation was made! - The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
