  Best hotel we had on our trip. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious = excellent value for money! Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then.   Hotel was lovely, the staff were great the room was a good size. It has an old world feel to it. Good location. It is a five minute walk to the main christmas Market, and the subway is right outside of the hotel. - The standard of 5 stars was strictly respected
