The location was excellent, walking distance to 2 large malls, bank, shops, and restaurants in the hotel complex. It was so kind of them. And everyone working in this hotel is so helpful and nice. Definitely if there will be a next trip to Medellin, again I will stay here.

  One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. We had 2 unusual medical emergencies, and the staff handled them both quickly and thoroughly, and we were never charged anything for any of it.
