Superior location in one of the best parts of town, close to everything you could possibly want and very reasonably priced. We received impeccable service from all who worked at the hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean and of the highest quality. The breakfast buffet was a very nice touch and came included with the room. Hotel is basically a business person's hotel, but don't let that deter you if you are on vacation, in fact this means it is usually less busy on the weekends than .

The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Juliana, Claudia, and Johnny made every effort to make sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. In general the hotel is convenient, well situation, quiet, good food and service. good relationship quality/price for a business plan. Spacious modern rooms, excellent breakfest. Some of the staff are really friendly. Excellent area. Great value for the money paid. Excellent staff. Room was always cleaned as well as the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous and professional. everything, staff is excelent any ready to solve any problem. in general excellent ! Staff very friendly .... Service and the confortable rooms they have. A little difficult to find, but that is only because of the neighborhood it is in which has a lot of one-way streets. It would be even better if they had a pool. that it didn`t have a better gym with towels and or pool...... - GYM: it's funny, they got the gym on the terrace, two huge windows with beatifull views, on wall with mirror, the last one with nothing. Alright, the machines facing the wall, so one runs lookng at a beatifull white empty wall. Clever! No water (again) in the gym. Shower tap: hot water goes and comes. Front desk staff are not nice. Specifically when I was going to check out, I was going to be charged a different amount. Gentleman from Spain is very rude. Also the noise level in the hotel is bad. You can hear everything from within the rooms. You have to walk a steep hill to get to the main road; however, there are taxis readily available. The location is a bit far from central Poblado. I would have preferred to be walking distance to town. poor breakfast. location is good because is very safe but is unconfortable because to go to any place you have to take a taxi. Breakfast was every day the same with no chances for a change withtni the established rate. We stayed 5 days eating the same breakfast.
