The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.

appointed and felt more 4 star than 3. The rooms are spacious compared

were very comfortable and maid service excellent.

The proximately to Granville Island markets and stores was really enjoyable and was easily accessed. We loved the food aand the pricing. I had a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor with amazing views on the moutains and the city. it was huge!!!

Location was fabulous, on the water and within walking distance of all
the cool neighborhoods in Vancouver, the port and Stanley Park. Views of
the harbour were lovely, beautiful property and our room was huge and
the Heavenly beds are dreamy. We paid a very affordable price that was
three times cheaper than what the same room in Miami would have cost.
