The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The proximately to Granville Island markets and stores was really enjoyable and was easily accessed. We loved the food aand the pricing. We were passing through Vancouver and the Hyatt was perfect for that. It was clean, comfortable and friendly. We'd stay there again if we were passing through Vancouver. It would also be good for a few days if you wanted to stay in Vancouver longer. -

Location was fabulous, on the water and within walking distance of all
the cool neighborhoods in Vancouver, the port and Stanley Park. Views of
the harbour were lovely, beautiful property and our room was huge and
the Heavenly beds are dreamy. We paid a very affordable price that was
three times cheaper than what the same room in Miami would have cost.
