  The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. There were not many facilities, but there were compute... hva folk sier » rs to use free of charge. - The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

  I was really very pleasant surprised of the quality, service, room,staff of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there, it was the besthotel that I stayed in when I was in Brussels!   I recently stayed in your hotel over the weekend of the 16/17th March. I was very impressed by the facilities and convenient location for the train station and market on Sunday. I was also impressed by one of your members of staff called Denise (who I believe is Dutch). I work for East Coast trains in the UK. We pride - The location of the hotel was excellent, just a mere 2 minute walk from Bruxelles Midi which gave easy access to the railway trains and metro. By metro, we could reach the city centre easily within 10 minutes. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay. There was also a kettle and LCD TV in the room. We also enjoyed using the toiletries provided by the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors travelling to Brussels.

  We stayed in the one bedroom unit with our two young children. The room was large with a small but functional, fully equipped kitchen. The children slept comfortably on a pullout couch which converted into two twin beds. The bedroom had two single beds which, unfortunately, were quite firm and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, being - Everything. The best hotel we've visited in a long time. Best location fo touring brussels, a walking distance from all main atractions and the central train station + a metro station right beneath. Our studio was very spatious and faced a small mall, which made it very quiet. Also, no noise from other rooms. Nice design, very comfortable and well equipped kitchenette. Very friendly and helpfull staff. For a stay longer than 4 nights they don't clean the room (unless you ask and pay for it) but
