we were leaving in the morning Guiseppe gave us a bag of fresh
croissants for the drive tothe Netherlands and I thought that was such a

We had room 8 and it was very roomy - bedroom, sitting room and a large, remodeled bathroom downstairs (spiral staircase). The bed was very comfortable. There was antique furniture in the place and modern fixtures. Interesting and charming. Breakfast was good and the host was very talkative and friendly. Easy access to the Grand Place, Mannequin Pis and all the shopping.

'Definitely magnificent environment and magnificent service. Stephanie – the owner – would firstly have to be congratulated for her taste for the decoration for every unique and elegant pieces. The house is full of elegant details. Secondly thanks for her care for thinking every detail I would face during your travel and lastly for her delicious breakfast. I spent lovely time at her apartment and did not want to leave - honestly.

Visiting Brussels was a great experience for me and this B&B was a great part of it, the lady who owns the place is so nice and friendly, she makes you really feel like you at home. It was very comfortable and cosy, the breakfast table was great, she helped me out with everything I needed, and I would definitely go there again.

Very nice B&B, close to Brussels Midi train station. Owner very pleasant. Room I was in (India Room) was basically an efficiency apartment with fully equipped kitchen and dining table. As it is a B&B, there is not daily room make up. You make your own bed. Free WiFi. Breakfast is continental with pastries, bread, yogurt, cheese, fresh fruit, coffee and juice.

The location is not so far away from the metro and have nice areas with good restaurants.
The breakfast is amazing with fresh bread, press juice and coffee. Great way to begin your day with that incredible breakfast. The owners are so helpful and offer a outstanding service.

B&B Josaphat is a true gem! The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, very nicely decorated and quiet. The minibar was well-stocked with drinks and there even was a coffeemaker (high quality coffee) and water cooker for tea. The owner is extremely nice and welcomed us very warmly, provided guidance about the city and answered all our questions.
We stayed on the first floor in two connected rooms. The rooms are very spacious and everything was very clean and comfortable.

It is stylish and modern, very comfortable. The host was very kind, he gave very good advices where to start the sightseeing, were to find good restaurants, shops and chocolatier. It has a mini bibliotheque with tourist guides. The breakfast was very good, you shouldn't miss the pancake made by the host and the freshly made, still hot croissant. I give the highest rate for the host's hospitality and I highly recommend this wonderful B&B.
