  Adorable little family run b & B. everyone was very friendly, staff and guests alike. Guidebooks and maps are always out for you to borrow during your stay. European breakfast was simple, but fresh and yummy and the couple found gluten free bread for me every day. Located just outside the central part of the city, but next to a subway stop and a large medieval gate/tower which made it very easy to find your wa - the staf was very friendly and helpful. the room was beautιful, very romantic and very clean. The whole residence was amazing, especially the breakfast room. the metro station was at the next corner, but if feeling like walking the center of the city (Grand Place) was only 20-25min by foot.

  I would definitely recommend the place for everyone who is looking for a good place to stay in Brussels. The room feels very relaxing, a huge bed, small but very useful things at hand, like coffee and tea, plus it is located very close to the Louise shopping area and the metro station. My mom and I aren't difficult to please. But I must say when we found the kitchen truly equipped, the space extremely clean, and the bed comfortable, we felt home. We wondered how we were so lucky.   Great location (close to Grand Place) and ample space for two and with the bedroom being at the back, very quiet for a good night's sleep (critical point!). Being at the top of the block was great for views over the rooftops but there was a downside, see other comments. TV had BBC1 & 2. On balance the likes overcame any dislikes.
