  Mooltan House was a great place to stay if you are visiting Hepburn Springs for a day at the Hepburn mineral Spa, bush walking, relaxing or taking in the lovely surrounds of Daylesford/Hepburn Springs. Very quaint, in the best sense of the the word. I am planning to return in the future aided with the knowledge of the features of the guest house and the variety that it provided. You could really spend a day just exploring the building itself.

  The location, the staff, the restaurant. The setting is beautiful, and Daylesford is a very pretty country town. The staff were helpful and attentive. There was a problem with some shampoo my wife bought from the hotel (they gave her the wrong thing, but she didn't find out until we got home almost 2 weeks later). We ate there both nights, and had brea - Beautiful location on Lake Daylesford. Peaceful walks around the lake. Very comfortable room with attractive decor and lighting. Great bathroom facility with heated floor! Attentive, caring and friendly staff. Wonderful restaurant with exceptional ambience. A very pleasurable experience overall.

Beds are very comfortable, plenty hot water, great parking, friendly and helpful staff, especially when helping with the free wifi so as we could keep in touch with the family.
