Clean, comfortable, large accommodation, it was great to unpack and cook your own meals if you want to. A nice easy pretty walk into town, bikes available for free use. The owners were just the friendliest, loveliest people we have met, maybe because they are New Zealanders!! -

We stayed for 8 nights at this fabulous accommodation. The studio was very well equipped kitchen, bathroom and comfortable large bed. We over looked the garden with barbecue ,garden and pool. The staff are very friendly and recommended and booked days out for us. Would defiantly stay again. Port Douglas is a relaxed small town with great bars and resteraunts and good shopping.and the accommodation is in easy walking distance. The beach is a 5 minute walk.

The Outrigger Apartments were very well located for both the town of Port Douglas and the beach. The living area in our two bedroomed apartment was spacious and well equipped and the apartment itself was all that we needed for our stay. The Owner /Managers were very helpful and welcoming. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accomodat

The owners were truly wonderful, helping us with bookings and ideas of activities. They posted the weather forecast every day, and had free wi-fi by the office. The apartment was large and comfortable, and everything worked well. Location was great, cross the street and within a block you are on the main promenade one direction or 4 mile beach

The owner was very pleasant and when we arrived allowed us to choose between two apartments available. The two bedroom apartment we chose was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. and the washer and dryer were an added plus. We would definitely return to Marina Terraces if ever in Port Douglas again.

We liked the layout of the Sands Resort and that every apartment looked out over the central garden and swimming pool area - a very pleasant atmosphere. The property was not a massive resort and was well secure. The management were very friendly and accommodating.A pleasant walk into the shopping precinct with a shuttle bus at reasonable cost at end of day.

It's a very quiet yet convenient location in relation to the main street and businesses of town, clean and well cared for. Jakob is an excellent host with a plethora of knowledge of the region and the services available to visitors; he helped to make our stay a memorable and pleasant week. We highly recommend the Palm Villas!
