1. Best location in Port Douglas in my opinion. Hard to appreciate on the map but right on beach and close to main restaurant and shopping row.

The staff were friendly and gave a full tour/explanation of the facilities and took us to our room on arrival. Food and drink available to order by the pool which made for a great relaxing stay. Awesome breakfast included. Love the no under 16yo rule and will be back.

The location is the best in Port Douglas. The rooms and facilities are luxurious and very comfortable. We stayed in a penthouse suite and couldn't have been happier. Apartment was beautifully furnished and spacious. Amazing location only 100 metres to the beach and about 300 metres to main street. Staff were lovely. Would definitely stay again -

The friendly relaxed atmosphere and such helpful members of staff! The restaurants food was delicious and very well priced. Only 4 beds per dorm room and as not peak season the lodge spread us out so we had rooms to ourselves. The staff are excellent, chap I talked to used to run a 5 star hotel but now just works part time. Has kept his customer service level though. Handy tablets to borrow at no cost if you need to use internet. Good facilities easy 10 min walk into Port Douglas

The room was fantastic and the people were very friendly. The dinner and service at the restaurant was well above what was expected, absolutely beautiful. The spa on the roof was checked and turned on every morning and they even check and clean the BBQ for you. We will definitely be going back. -

Lovely outlook from bedrooms onto tropical pools/plants area. Water trickling feature was a lovely sound as well as bird song in trees. Kitchen facility area outside was novel. Pool area was also lovely. Washing facility was a real bonus. -

We spent our January holiday at the resort, it was a perfect
accommodation for the family, my kids are teenagers and they loved the
tennis courts, main pools with its water falls spa and surrounding, I
enjoyed the gym, lap pool and the aqua activities early morning. My
youngest son loved the coconut and mango trees, he was trying to open
the coconut instead of playing e-games lol was funny to learn a new
skill, and yes we had the chance to eat some fresh mangoes from the tree

All the staff were fantastic, from the concierge and receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff. They were friendly, approachable, helpful & enthusiastic.
The resort was very clean and pretty with lovely gardens and ponds throughout.
The pool was the perfect temperature. Plenty of sun loungers and day beds. Swim up pool bar was a bonus.

requested a room away from the noise and was given one by the management
which was good. Good cooking facilities and utensils as we did eat in
for breakfast which suited us otherwise we would have to eat out 3-meal
a day. Front desk staff was helpful.
