Very personal and comfortable hotel, where quality on all fronts was perfect! In contrast to another comment on this website, everything (incl. sauna) was working, the food was excellent, the breakfast was perfect, staff was helpfull, service minded, experienced and professional yet superfriendly. Very accommodating staff - bent over backwards to help us; cannot emphasize this enough. Modern furnishings were very aesthetically pleasing. Nice pool, fitness room and roof deck on top floor. Shared internet (24/7 access). Very good value. Neighborhood was fairly convenient to various parts of the city. -

We were given a larger room for the same price after we complained on the original one given on the 5th floor which was noisy and with muskitos. The front desk guy was very friendly to help us with a tangoshow and taxi reservation!
Furthermore, Recoleta is a great place to stay in BA! Really recommend this area. -

Buenos Aires is a wonderful city, and the hotel is in a good position to visit it, being walking distance to Congresso and Recoleta. The staff was very nice, and the hotel itself is nice, though a little suffering from the test of time... Breakfast was okeish, a buffet one would be better I think.

The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.
