Very personal and comfortable hotel, where quality on all fronts was perfect! We were given a larger room for the same price after we complained on the original one given on the 5th floor which was noisy and with muskitos. The front desk guy was very friendly to help us with a tangoshow and taxi reservation!
Furthermore, Recoleta is a great place to stay in BA! Really recommend this area. -

Very accommodating staff - bent over backwards to help us; cannot emphasize this enough. Modern furnishings were very aesthetically pleasing. Nice pool, fitness room and roof deck on top floor. Shared internet (24/7 access). Very good value. Neighborhood was fairly convenient to various parts of the city. -

The hotel is lovely, secure and comfortable and the room was great value
for money. It was modern, spacious, clean and no street noise (a bit of

Buenos Aires is a wonderful city, and the hotel is in a good position to visit it, being walking distance to Congresso and Recoleta. The staff was very nice, and the hotel itself is nice, though a little suffering from the test of time... Breakfast was okeish, a buffet one would be better I think.

The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.

Location was great very close to great bars and shops and parillas and the san telmo market on sundays and the staff we're great..room's were very funky and great value. -
